Preventive Planting Support
At the May 14, 2026 Board meeting, the Board approved the attached letter expressing support from the District for the Prevented Planting Option currently being considered by local and regional crop insurance providers. Producers may download this letter and provide it to their crop insurance agent if needed during the prevented planting review and claims process.
