The North Platte Natural Resource District, in partnership with Keep Scottsbluff/Gering Beautiful (KSGB), has expanded recycling programs and education outreach to the entire district.  Over the past couple of years, the NRD has been a part of reaching over 4000 students talking about littering, the benefits of recycling, and we have distributed over 60 recycling bins to our schools.
