on Thursday, May 15, 2008, 7:00 p.m. at the North
Platte NRD Conference Room, 100547 Airport Road , Scottsbluff,
Nebraska to take comment on propsed rules and regulations for
the Transfer of Commingled Water.

Conference Room, 100547
Airport Road , Scottsbluff, Nebraska to
take comment on on proposed amendments for the rules and regulations
governing conduct of Formal Adjudicatory Hearings before the District
and rules and regulations governing conduct of Informal Public
Hearings which are Non-Adjudicatory in Nature.

The North Platte NRD will hold a public hearing
on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007 , 8:00 p.m. at the
North Platte NRD Conference Room, 100547 Airport Road , Scottsbluff,
Nebraska with an informational meeting and question/answer period
pertaining to the purpose of the hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose for the public hearing is to gather
public comment on the proposed revision of the existing Chapters
1, 2, and 4 of the District's Ground Water
Management Area Rules and Regulations, and the adoption
of Chapter 5 - Transfer of Ground Water.
