Terms of sale:
1. Payment must accompany order. No credit will be granted.
2. Trees must be picked up within 10 business days after customer has been notified that they have arrived.
3. No warranty is made regarding tree survival.
4. Trees may be used only for windbreaks, erosion control or wildlife habitat, not resold or planted as ornamentals.
