The Panhandle No Till Parnership is a joint effort between the North Platte, South Platte and Upper Niobrara-White NRD's, the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and Panhandle RC&D to bring continuous No Till education opportunities to western Nebraska producers.

      Since September 2007 the North Platte NRD has been working cooperatively with Panhandle No Till Education Coordinator Mark Watson of Alliance to help promote the concept and benefits of no tillage farming.
